Henrik Pankakoski

General Manager, North at Wolt

Henrik Pankakoski joined Wolt in 2017 as the General Manager of Finland, overseeing the company’s rapid expansion. Under his leadership, Wolt broadened its services from restaurant deliveries to the delivery of almost everything including groceries, flowers, pet supplies and other retail products. In 2022, Pankakoski took on the role of Regional General Manager for the North region, overseeing all operations across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark and Luxembourg.

Pankakoski holds a bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Warwick and a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He began his career at the Boston Consulting Group, where he spent over nine years as a Project Leader and Head of Operations.

In addition to his work at Wolt, Pankakoski serves on the boards of Verkkokauppa.com and Kiekko-Espoo.
