Chef, Bocuse d’Or Candidate

Ismo is a Michelin-star chef, who is representing Finland for the second time in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition in the current season. Previously, in season 2018-19, he has achieved 4th place in the global finals. Currently he works in the Finnjävel restaurant in Helsinki.
