Pete Sharman has co-founded and led a range of companies, including a gourmet burger restaurant business, an indoor climbing centre and most recently the UK’s leading independent meat-alternative brand, THIS. From an Engineering background, he has a passion for leveraging technology and innovation to find novel ways to deliver an enhanced offering to consumers that deliver against their needs.

THIS started with the vision of creating the most realistic and delicious meat-alternatives in the market that would appeal to meat-eaters and meat reducers alike. Since launching in 2019 it has consistently been the fastest growing brand in the category, launched hundreds of new products and is now the largest independent meat-alt brand in the UK.
